Survey & Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Surveyor to join a construction project based in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring precise site measurements and facilitating smooth coordination of construction activities. This role demands practical experience in surveying methods, equipment handling, and on-site supervision to support the project’s timely and accurate completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed topographic and boundary surveys using Total Stations, GPS, and leveling instruments.
- Establish accurate benchmarks and grid lines to mark structural footprints and pile locations.
- Analyze and process field data to verify that site conditions correspond with architectural and structural design plans.
- Manage, calibrate, and maintain surveying equipment to ensure measurement accuracy with zero margin of error.
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Perform quality control inspections to uphold high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate onsite labor and subcontractors to keep the project on the critical path.
- Enforce strict site safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and hazard regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil or a Survey Certificate with at least one year of specialized training.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant surveying experience within the construction industry.

Compensation and Work Location:
- Monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs75,000.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi.
