A well-established organization in Pakistan’s capital markets is seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to spearhead their client acquisition efforts. This role is pivotal in designing and scaling digital marketing strategies that generate high-quality investor leads. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing conversion funnels, managing paid campaigns, and working closely with the sales team to increase account openings. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Develop and manage lead generation funnels, encompassing ad creative development and landing page conversion optimization.
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and overall return on investment (ROI).
- Create compelling ad creatives and financial content designed to build trust and motivate investor engagement.
- Oversee CRM workflows, lead segmentation, and nurture campaigns through channels like email and WhatsApp.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-account conversion rates and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements including creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages to maximize effectiveness.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere strictly to financial regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing or lead generation roles.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing, particularly with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong skills in funnel building and landing page optimization techniques.
- Experience using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or equivalent platforms to monitor campaign performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce for managing lead workflows and segmentation.
- Excellent copywriting abilities, especially for crafting persuasive ads and financial content.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or brokerage sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Key performance indicators for this role include cost per lead (CPL), lead-to-account conversion rate, campaign ROI, and the volume of qualified leads generated monthly.
