Job Description

The Comet Tech is a rapidly growing software house specializing in delivering innovative digital solutions to clients worldwide. We are currently looking for a smart, confident, and results-driven Proposal Writer to join our team in Karachi. This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule, with onsite hours from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and remote hours from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals and collaborating closely with internal teams to secure new projects on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed records of project bids and ensure timely follow-up on submissions.
- Write customized and persuasive proposals tailored specifically to client requirements.
- Work closely with development and design teams to gather necessary project insights.
- Communicate professionally with international clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively generate leads.
- Actively participate in bidding processes on Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant freelance platforms.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation skills with proven experience in managing client interactions effectively.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-oriented, capable of working independently.
- Technical background in IT or related fields, with a solid understanding of software services including web development, mobile applications, UI/UX design, and AI technologies.
- Willingness and ability to commute to Main NIPA Chorangi in Karachi.
- Age between 18 to 23 years, including students or fresh graduates.
- Fluency in speaking and typing English.
