Production Spice Supervisor

Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd seeks a dedicated Production Spice Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of spice production processes. 

Responsibilities
 

Job Responsibilities (JDs):
• Supervise daily spice production operations
• Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently
• Monitor spice blending, mixing, and packaging processes
• Maintain product quality as per company standards
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and GMP compliance on production floor
• Manage production staff and shift schedules
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain records
• Resolve operational issues to avoid production delays

✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Diploma preferred
• 2–4 years experience in FMCG food/spice production
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production SOPs, hygiene & quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
