Chat Based Representative (Night Shift)

Zyltech Digital is looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Chat-Based Representatives. In this role, you will interact with potential customers through live chat, addressing their questions, providing detailed information about our products and services, and converting leads into loyal clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech’s products and services.
- Promote company offerings and successfully close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications:
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently during the fixed night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with chat-based communication platforms.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a sales-driven environment.
