Dominent Media Agency is looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team at the DHA Phase VII Extension office in Karachi. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, professional, and possess strong communication skills to ensure a positive experience for our clients while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide clear and accurate information about company services and policies.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and any follow-up actions taken.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience ranging from fresh graduates to candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to multitask effectively.
