Senior Store Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Store Officer to join our team at a leading food processing company based in Karachi (Port Qasim - Ghaghar Phatak), Pakistan. This permanent, onsite position offers a valuable opportunity to lead and optimize inventory operations within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of both finished goods and raw material stores, ensuring accuracy, organization, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement logistics and stock movement strategies that align with production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits for raw materials and finished goods, identifying discrepancies promptly and resolving issues to maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure all inventory is stored under proper conditions, complying with food safety and quality standards specific to the food processing sector.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and maintain optimal stock levels, preventing shortages or overstock situations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing both finished goods and raw material stores effectively.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and adherence to industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
