Generator Operator

Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Generator Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of power generation equipment.

Responsibilities
 

Job Responsibilities (JDs):
• Monitor and operate power generation/distribution systems
• Ensure smooth electricity supply for plant operations
• Check generators, transformers, panels & switchgear performance
• Record voltage, load, and power consumption readings
• Identify faults and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance checks
• Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs/shutdowns
• Follow safety SOPs and electrical compliance standards
• Maintain daily operational logs and reports

✅ Requirements:
• Diploma/Technical certification in Electrical preferred
• 2–3 years relevant power plant/factory experience
• Knowledge of electrical panels & power systems
• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns
