Job Description

Waresa Industry (Pvt) Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Raw Material Store Supervisor to oversee the management of raw materials, specifically focusing on rexin and synthetic leather. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and accurate record-keeping of raw materials. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management best practices and experience working with ERP systems, with SAP knowledge considered an advantage. The Raw Material Store Supervisor will lead a team of 10 staff members, directing daily operations to maintain smooth workflow and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in inventory and materials management, preferably within the manufacturing sector involving synthetic materials and rexin leather. 

Responsibilities
 

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the raw material store team consisting of 10 personnel to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage the receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials with a focus on rexin and synthetic leather.
• Utilize ERP software, including SAP, to update inventory records, track material movements, and generate reports for management.
• Monitor stock levels regularly to anticipate material requirements and avoid shortages that could disrupt production schedules.
• Maintain detailed records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and stock adjustments.
• Ensure workplace safety standards are upheld and the store environment is clean, organized, and secure.
