Job Title: Operations Reporting Specialist

Location: Karachi
Shift: Evening & Night Shift (US Timings)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations / Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, reporting experience, and the ability to manage backend operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily backend operations to ensure smooth and uninterrupted store performance
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Monitor daily business activities and update management reports regularly
• Ensure data accuracy, identify reporting errors, and maintain proper documentation
• Create dashboards, summaries, and KPI tracking reports for management review
• Coordinate with different departments and store employees for required operational data
• Monitor and manage utilities including electricity, internet, and water for all store locations
• Track maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution and repairs
• Troubleshoot card terminals, internet connectivity, and basic technical issues
• Support management in operational decision-making through reporting insights

Requirements:

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Charts, Dashboards)
• Good understanding of MIS reporting and data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work evening and night shifts (US Time Zones)
• Knowledge of Power BI or Google Sheets will be an added advantage
• Attention to detail and strong coordination skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations or Reporting role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in Final Year
