We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Check stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with sales and other internal departments to address customer requirements.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements:

  • B.Com or BBA qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
