Job Description

In addition to customer service duties, the officer actively supports the marketing departments efforts by conducting market research, managing digital marketing campaigns across social media, and creating engaging content to attract and retain customers. The role requires frequent communication with external partners such as shipping lines, airlines, transport agents, and overseas collaborators to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintaining accurate customer records and operational reports is essential to the roles success. This position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in customer service, marketing, or logistics, who possess a bachelors degree and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries concerning freight forwarding and logistics services, ensuring accurate and helpful information is provided.
  • Coordinate with customers to give timely shipment updates and follow up on service requests to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other service-related documentation to support sales and customer service operations.
  • Communicate effectively with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents to facilitate smooth logistics processes.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives aimed at generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Generate leads by proactively contacting potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records and operational reports to ensure transparency and reliability in service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to coordinate activities and ensure seamless delivery of logistics and freight forwarding services.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to maximize customer loyalty and promote positive business outcomes.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for marketing campaigns and lead generation.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including social media management and content creation, to enhance Recruit AIs online presence and reputation.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively and measure campaign performance.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, balancing customer service demands with marketing responsibilities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment while taking initiative to work independently when necessary.
