Assistant Manager - Compliance
Job Description:
· Ensure the compliance of account opening forms of individual and corporate clients across Pakistan branches.
· Assisting In reporting to SECP.
· Cash reporting on NCHS (PSX system)
· Monitoring and reporting of proscribed persons communicated by local and international regulatory authorities.
· Review of segregation of client assets, NCB/LC before its monthly filing to PSX/NCCPL
· Manage and Coordinate with auditors during audits.
· Other tasks as assigned by the HOD.
Qualification
Minimum Bachelors
Experience
Minimum 1- 2 years Preferably in Brokerage Firm
Skills Required
· Knowledge of auditing concepts and principles
· Planning and organizing skills
· Good communication skills
· Problem-solving Skills
