LePharma & Diagnostic Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and reliable Order Booker – Field Sales to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail pharmacies and wholesale shops, generating orders, maintaining customer relationships, collecting payments, and ensuring timely order submission to the office/ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a minimum of 10 outlet visits per day according to the assigned beat plan.
• Visit retail pharmacies and wholesale shops to collect and book customer orders.
• Record orders accurately through the company's mobile application or order book.
• Communicate new product arrivals, schemes, promotions, and trade offers to customers.
• Ensure same-day transmission of all orders to the office/ERP.
• Identify and report new pharmacy outlets and potential customers to the Sales Manager.
• Collect payments from assigned customers according to the Finance schedule.
• Monitor and report competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

• Education: Matric / Intermediate or above.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience as an Order Booker, Sales Representative, or in FMCG/Pharmaceutical Sales is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and willingness to work in field sales may also be considered.
• Prior pharmacy field / wholesale / retail sales experience will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, routes, and assigned territory.
• Fluent in Urdu, Sindhi, and/or Punjabi.
• Basic mobile application and order-entry skills.
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role with regular market visits

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
