Telesales Officer

Duva Paints is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Officer to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote company products.
• Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with leads and customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare regular sales and call activity reports.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
