Freelance Platform & Business Development Executive

Located in Saddar, Karachi, this part-time role offers an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Platform & Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience. The position requires managing Bitrupt’s Fiverr and Upwork profiles, leveraging practical knowledge of these platforms to identify and secure relevant projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running their own freelance profiles and communicating effectively with international clients. This role demands a solid understanding of the IT and software development industry, especially mobile application development, combined with strong professional English communication skills. Working hours are from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM onsite.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Bitrupt’s Fiverr and Upwork profiles to enhance visibility and activity.
- Utilize practical experience with Fiverr and Upwork to generate new business opportunities.
- Search and identify relevant projects related to Mobile Apps, Software Development, Web Development, and UI/UX design.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and project requirements.
- Prepare tailored proposals and client communications to increase conversion rates.
- Engage with international clients through platform messaging and calls, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Understand client needs and coordinate closely with the technical team to align project deliverables.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to nurture ongoing conversations and build relationships.
- Track and maintain detailed records of proposals, leads, client responses, and project conversions.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with Fiverr, Upwork, IT sales, business development, or freelance platform management.
- Proven hands-on experience managing personal Fiverr and/or Upwork profiles is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Fiverr and Upwork processes, including proposal submission, client communication, profile optimization, and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of IT and software development services, with a particular focus on mobile app development.
- Ability to comprehend client requirements and effectively communicate with technical teams.
- Experience dealing with international clients and managing cross-cultural communication.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, negotiation, client follow-up, and relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Industry knowledge in Mobile App Development is highly desirable.
- This position is onsite in Saddar, Karachi, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- The monthly compensation ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs70,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
