EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Senior Officer for Corporate Benefits Operations to join their team. This role calls for a professional with a minimum of one year of experience who possesses strong skills in benefits administration, compliance and regulatory knowledge, data analysis and reporting, and advanced Excel capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical part in ensuring that corporate benefits processes operate smoothly, comply with regulatory standards, and support the overall business objectives. The position does not require team management but involves coordinating with various internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and maintain high-quality outcomes. The Senior Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining risk dashboards, managing detailed filing systems, and meticulously reviewing documents to ensure precision and compliance. This role demands an individual capable of tracking project timelines, analyzing operational data to uncover trends and risks, and driving continuous improvement in corporate benefits services. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure are essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop new risk dashboards and regularly update existing ones to monitor performance and compliance within corporate benefits operations.
  • Maintain organized and comprehensive physical and digital filing systems to ensure the integrity and accessibility of documentation.
  • Review incoming and outgoing documents thoroughly for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Closely monitor project timelines to guarantee all necessary documentation is completed on time according to deadlines.
  • Provide operational support by coordinating daily tasks to assist management in maintaining seamless corporate benefits processes.
  • Create, update, and manage spreadsheets and reporting tools to facilitate accurate tracking and effective communication of operational metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for operational improvement within the corporate benefits domain.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure that operational activities align with company policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure strict compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies by applying comprehensive compliance and regulatory knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of corporate benefits operations.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Support the implementation of new operational procedures and documentation standards to continuously improve benefits management practices.
