Sales Representative

Location: DHA Phase VIII, Lahore
Timings: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to expand our market presence and deliver value to clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outbound sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at client companies.
• Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placement and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Attend industry networking events and job fairs to promote our services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, staffing, or recruitment (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and pitching services to new clients.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
