Supreme Renewables seeks a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the renewable energy sector. This role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue growth across residential, commercial, and industrial markets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of solar energy solutions with leadership capabilities to manage a focused sales team, ensuring successful achievement of business objectives. With at least two years of sales experience, including team management, this position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a proven ability to secure high-value opportunities and build lasting client relationships. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of two sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance team performance and meet ambitious sales targets. Your role also involves close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to facilitate smooth sales processes and execution. Using your skills in customer relationship management, contract negotiation, and market analysis, you will help strengthen Supreme Renewables' market presence and support sustainable business growth in the fast-evolving renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team of two to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies tailored to residential, commercial, and industrial market segments.
  • Identify potential business opportunities in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors and convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to promote customer retention and loyalty.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline activities to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and effective campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Oversee contract negotiation processes to secure advantageous terms and foster mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate resources to support sales initiatives and project delivery.
  • Train and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and skills enhancement programs to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and establish realistic goals aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience by leveraging feedback and data insights.
