RivetStays is a premium short- and mid-term rental operator delivering a hotel-like experience through professionally managed homes, strong guest experience standards, and operational excellence.

We are building a serious direct booking channel alongside OTAs like Airbnb and Booking.com.

We move fast, operate lean, and heavily leverage AI and automation tools to scale efficiently.

What This Role Is

This is not a traditional marketing role.

This is a highly hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who lives and breathes AI tools every single day.

We are looking for someone who is deeply immersed in tools like:

• Claude Code
• OpenAI Codex / ChatGPT
• AI agents
• AI automations
• Prompt-driven workflows

The ideal person for this role already spends most of their working day inside AI tools building, testing, automating, iterating, and shipping fast.

You will operate as a one-person growth and marketing engine using AI as your force multiplier.

You will own the full direct booking growth system:

Acquisition → Website → Conversion → Lifecycle → Retention

Your core objective is simple:

Grow profitable direct bookings.

What You’ll Do

• Grow direct booking revenue
• Build and optimize landing pages and booking funnels
• Manage paid ads (Google, Meta, retargeting)
• Improve SEO and organic traffic
• Build lifecycle campaigns (email/SMS)
• Create automated marketing systems using AI tools
• Continuously test and improve conversion rates

You’ll also help build and improve our direct booking website using:

• Next.js
• Vercel
• AI-assisted coding workflows

You do not need to be a senior engineer, but you must be technical enough to direct AI tools, troubleshoot issues, and ship work independently.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in performance marketing, growth, or related roles
• Strong with paid ads and CRO
• Comfortable working independently
• Heavy daily user of Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted workflows and automations
• Technical enough to build and iterate quickly using AI coding tools
• Fast executor with strong problem-solving skills

This role is best suited for someone who already uses AI agents constantly in their daily workflow and sees AI as their primary operating system for work.

Hospitality/travel experience is a plus.
