International BPO Sales Management Trainee

Location: Gulistan-E-Jouhar Block – 14, Karachi
Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 40,000 + Rs. 3,000 Attendance Bonus (3000)

We are a well-established International BPO company working successfully for the past 16 years. Unlike seasonal or short-term call centers, we focus on long-term career growth and stable employment opportunities for our team members.

We are currently hiring mature, responsible, and career-focused individuals who want to grow within the BPO industry.

Selected candidates will directly work and train under senior management/HOD for approximately 4-6 months. Based on performance and learning ability, candidates will be promoted to Sales Executive or Management-level positions.
