Job Overview

Work Horizon is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to support our international sales operations in the Canadian market.

In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients by offering staffing and recruitment solutions. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, target-driven, and eager to grow in international B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn) to B2B clients across Canada
• Identify, generate, and qualify potential business leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and decision-makers
• Present and pitch staffing and recruitment solutions effectively
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems
• Perform consistent follow-ups to close deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working night shift hours
• Experience in B2B sales, international sales, BPO, or call center is preferred
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Target-driven mindset with a proactive and confident approach
