Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client communication, lead generation, sales coordination, and maintaining strong professional relationships with potential and existing clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales, client servicing, and business development.

The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the confidence to interact with clients through meetings, calls, and emails.

  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions while maintaining professional communication with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, and outreach activities to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into business prospects
  • Present and explain company products, services, and business solutions effectively to clients by highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions according to client needs
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and professional client servicing
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments including sales, operations, HR, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and timely delivery of services
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and maintain accurate client records, databases, and documentation for future reference
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and service-related questions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support
  • Assist the sales and business development department in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through effective lead management and client engagement
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings while updating CRM systems or internal records with accurate information and progress updates
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, social media platforms, referrals, online research, and competitor analysis to support company growth
  • Ensure excellent client satisfaction by maintaining professional communication, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience throughout the business relationship
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets by actively contributing to lead generation, client acquisition, upselling opportunities, and overall business development activities
  • Maintain professional email etiquette, communication standards, and company representation during all client interactions and meetings
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and overall performance
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to management for business improvement
  • Support administrative and operational tasks related to client handling, sales coordination, and documentation whenever required by management or the department head

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are highly encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and client relationship management
  • Confident personality with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
