Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success/Sales Trainee located in Karāchi. The key responsibilities include engaging with clients to enhance customer satisfaction, providing timely support, and maintaining excellent communication to assist with customer service needs. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensuring a high standard of customer success strategies.

• Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and customer service
• Strong analytical skills for understanding and addressing customer needs
• Experience in customer support and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the areas of customer success and sales
