EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a diligent Sales Officer to lead field evaluation initiatives with a focus on the South Region across Bancassurance and Direct Sales Force channels. This role involves ensuring that evaluation criteria adhere to company policies, partner bank standard operating procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The Sales Officer will meticulously review field assessment reports, ensuring comprehensive integration of findings into internal monitoring tools to support performance tracking and transparency. They will be responsible for preparing detailed consolidated reports that capture sales quality, service standards, and operational insights to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of experience in sales, demonstrating strong expertise in customer relationship management, sales strategy development, negotiation, and effective communication. Though this role does not include team management responsibilities, it requires excellent collaboration skills and a proactive approach to identifying performance gaps within the sales teams of Bancassurance and DSF channels. The Sales Officer plays a critical role in supporting sales quality enhancement and operational excellence to help the company achieve its strategic sales objectives.
