Position Overview
Seamless Comms Australia and SZK Communications are seeking a professional, reliable and detail-oriented Mortgage Administration Assistant to support finance and mortgage operations across Australia and New Zealand.
This is not a call centre position. The successful applicant will work in a professional office environment and assist with mortgage applications, customer documentation, lender requirements and general finance administration.

Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Assisting with mortgage and finance applications.
• Collecting, reviewing and organising customer documents.
• Preparing application information for brokers and lenders.
• Following up outstanding documents and application requirements.
• Updating customer and application records.
• Communicating professionally with customers, brokers, lenders and business partners.
• Assisting with compliance, identification and file-management requirements.
• Preparing summaries, emails, reports and finance-related correspondence.
• Monitoring applications and providing regular progress updates.
• Supporting Australian and New Zealand finance operations.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all customer and business information.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must:
• Be fully fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Communicate clearly, confidently and professionally.
• Have a clear credit history.
• Have a clear police record.
• Provide verified educational documents and qualifications.
• Be willing to complete any required background, reference, police and credit checks.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Be confident using email, Microsoft Office and online systems.
• Be organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.

• Be willing to learn Australian and New Zealand mortgage and finance processes.
Appointment to this position will be subject to satisfactory verification of the applicant’s identity, education, employment history, police record and credit history.
