The Fleet Officer will operate independently, managing daily operations without direct team supervision but collaborating closely with other departments to maintain seamless transport and operational support. The role involves developing and implementing vehicle maintenance programs, controlling costs associated with fleet operations, and managing inventory related to vehicle parts and supplies. The Fleet Officer also maintains strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure timely service delivery.
