Job Description

We are  looking for an Executive Coordinator to work directly with the CEO, acting as a bridge across Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, Administration, and Supply Chain. This role attends daily departmental meetings on the CEO's behalf as a standing responsibility, consolidates updates from across the business into a single daily report, and ensures the CEO's directives are tracked through to completion. The role carries no authority over any department  each function continues to be led by its own head  but it is central to keeping the CEO informed and the business aligned, whether he is on-site or not


Responsibilities
 

  • Attend all daily meetings across Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, Administration, and Supply Chain as a standing responsibility, not only when the CEO is unavailable.
  • Compile and submit a daily consolidated report to the CEO every day, highlighting decisions required, blockers, exceptions, and key updates from each department.
  • Track action items issued by the CEO through to closure, following up directly with department heads without overriding their authority.
  • Act as the coordination point between departments so information flows to the CEO in one consolidated view rather than in silos.
  • Monitor supply chain matters — vendor deliveries, stock levels, procurement delays — and flag disruptions before they affect outlet operations.
  • Monitor administrative matters, including facilities, licensing and renewals, vendor contracts, and general office operations.
  • Represent the CEO in vendor and agency meetings when directed, reporting back the same day.
  • Support execution of specific business initiatives by liaising with the relevant department heads.
  • Travel nationwide as required to visit outlets and attend meetings across all Salt Pakistan locations.
  • Maintain a running tracker of open items across all departments and locations for the CEO's review.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or executive support role, ideally within F&B, retail, or a multi-location business.
  • Strong written communication skills — able to produce sharp, exception-based reports rather than lengthy narratives.
  • High organizational discipline, with the ability to attend multiple meetings daily and synthesize information across six functional areas.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide on short notice.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive financial, HR, and strategic information.
  • Confident, professional manner — able to follow up firmly with senior department heads while representing the CEO rather than personal authority.
