BMS Technician

Job Description

Mohatta Engineering is seeking a skilled BMS Technician to oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems primarily focusing on HVAC controls and system integration. The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Electronics and possesses 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in building automation and control technologies. Located in Islamabad, this role involves working closely with engineering teams to ensure reliable and efficient operation of complex building systems without managing a team. Responsibilities include performing regular system checks, resolving equipment malfunctions, and maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations and interventions. Proficiency in Building Management Systems and understanding of HVAC control systems are critical. This position offers a monthly salary of Rs 75,000 and requires a proactive approach to technical challenges related to system integration and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
 

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with operational standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults within the BMS to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to integrate various system components and implement upgrades.
• Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and incident reports accurately for future reference.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by recommending system enhancements and energy-saving measures.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies while working on electrical and electronic control systems.
• Provide prompt technical support and feedback to address system alarms, failures, or client concerns.
• Maintain inventory of essential spare parts and tools necessary for efficient system servicing.
• Stay updated on advancements in Building Management Systems and HVAC control technologies to enhance skill set.
