Job Description

Akram Brothers is seeking a diligent Pharmacist to join our team, overseeing a group of four personnel. The ideal candidate will hold a Distribution License Category A and possess at least one year of relevant experience in pharmacy operations. This role is critical in ensuring the safe and effective distribution of pharmaceutical products while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Pharmacist will be responsible for managing inventory control systems to ensure that stock levels meet demands without excess, minimizing wastage and shortages. In this role, you will lead your team in adhering to strict regulatory compliance requirements and ensuring that all pharmacy operations follow established health and safety protocols. Your leadership will be essential in streamlining daily processes, managing inventory, and interacting with suppliers to secure necessary pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain meticulous records that guarantee seamless operations within the pharmacy department.
Responsibilities
 

• Manage pharmacy operations and lead a team of four staff members to deliver efficient pharmaceutical services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical distribution and inventory management.
• Oversee inventory control systems, maintaining accurate records of stock levels, expirations, and reorder schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary products while monitoring quality and pricing.
• Conduct regular audits of pharmaceutical stock to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Train and supervise team members on best practices for inventory management and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain documentation and reporting standards to support internal reviews and external inspections.
• Assist customers with prescription fulfillment and provide accurate information regarding medication use and storage.
• Implement safety procedures to prevent errors and ensure the secure handling of pharmaceutical products.
• Continuously review and improve pharmacy processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
