We're hiring: Warehouse Operations Coordinator 📦

IMROOZ GROUP OF COMPANIES — one of Pakistan's oldest business houses, established in 1949 — is looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team in Karachi.

In this role, you'll be the coordination point between our Karachi and Lahore warehouse operations — working closely with site teams and senior leadership to keep stock management, facility upkeep, and procurement running smoothly across both locations.

What you'll do:

🔹 Coordinate stock movements between warehouses, customers, and transporters

🔹 Support inventory and stock audits (insurance, external, ISO)

🔹 Oversee storage conditions and inventory accuracy across both sites

🔹 Coordinate facility management — maintenance, security, utilities, insurance

🔹 Coordinate procurement of equipment, vehicles, and supplies

🔹 Act as the link between site teams and senior operations leadership

🔹 Travel periodically between Karachi and Lahore

What we're looking for:

✅ Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

✅ 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations coordination — multi-site experience preferred

✅ Familiarity with inventory management and stock-audit processes; ISO exposure is a plus

✅ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across locations

✅ Excellent communication skills, with good judgment on what to escalate vs. resolve directly
