Shark innovation Labs is looking to hire Compliance Associate for its karachi Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
   
• Place shipment bookings through all required carrier and customer portals.
• Follow up with carriers to obtain and confirm CROs (Container Release Orders).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.
• Manage the end-to-end export booking process.
• Prepare export transport documents and assist in container planning for shipments.
• Track and monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Resolve booking and shipment-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 
   
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or export operations.
• Knowledge of export booking processes and manage all carrier portal bookings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and logistics/carrier portals.
• Excellent written email communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
