Support in daily operations across 200,000+ sq. ft. of fulfilment space (~2.5M items), covering inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Establish and monitor core KPIs (fulfilment rate, inventory accuracy, Cost Per Item, Cost Per Package) to sustain performance and service levels.
Ensure operational readiness and capacity planning for peak seasons and mega campaigns.
Projects & Infrastructure
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex fulfilment projects (new facility/category launches, system rollouts, network improvements), managing milestones, resources, and post-project reviews.
Manage Capex planning and execution for facility expansion, operational upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Identify and implement continuous-improvement and warehouse-optimization initiatives (layout, slotting, process flows).
Cost & Commercial
Own cost-control programs across manpower, packaging, and materials, driving measurable savings and improved unit economics.
Identify and build business cases for new revenue or efficiency opportunities, present them to leadership, and drive delivery.
Cross-Functional & Quality
Partner across commercial, marketing, product, logistics, finance, and 3PL partners to align on shared goals.
Serve as lead PMO for mega campaigns (e.g. 11.11, 12.12), coordinating capacity, readiness, and real-time execution.
Drive Operational Excellence audits, 5S, SOP standardization, and quality/compliance standards.
Build data dashboards and reporting to surface performance and guide decisions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong track record delivering operational and cost improvements with measurable outcomes.
