Role Description The Warehouse Manager at Husaini Blood Bank oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring blood products, medical supplies, and related materials are stored, handled, and distributed safely and efficiently. This full-time, on-site role, based in Karachi Division, includes planning and monitoring inventory levels, supervising receiving and dispatch activities, and implementing proper storage conditions in compliance with healthcare and safety standards. The Warehouse Manager coordinates stock rotation, manages documentation and tracking systems, and works with cross-functional teams to support timely delivery to hospitals and clinics. The role also involves leading warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, enforcing regulatory and safety procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in operational performance.
Qualifications
 

• Candidates should possess skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate stock levels and proper tracking of all items.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management and Operations Management to oversee warehouse workflows, storage systems, and supply chain processes.
• Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation or comparable material-handling equipment to support safe movement and loading of goods.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Experience in warehouse or supply chain management, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a similarly regulated environment.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced setting in Karachi Division.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications and inventory software; familiarity with cold-chain or temperature-controlled storage is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred.
