Full job description

Viper Group is looking for an Support Operations Executive who will be responsible for handling end-to-end customer support operations, ,compliance, and providing administrative support to the management and employees.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Communication with customers over email and phone
• managing service tickets for customers and assigning them, to field engineers
• Maintaining ticket records and analyze them
• efficient use of field resources and providing them technical support if required
• Preferred experience: 6 months to 1 years relevant
• Handling customer queries through phone, email & WhatsApp
• Inter department communications and coordination
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English
• Timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday & Saturday till 2:00 P
