• Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Scaleup Connect is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive – Order & Delivery to streamline and oversee the entire order management and delivery process. 

Responsibilities
 

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer and Sales requirements, including reel size, GSM, brand, quantity, and stock availability.
• Evaluate fresh and balance stock to determine order feasibility and suitable cutting/slitting requirements.
• Coordinate reel-cutting and slitting activities according to customer orders and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of reel stock, balance material, and inventory movement.
• Monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies between physical and recorded inventory.
• Track leftover and balance material for future order utilization.
• Coordinate order priorities and ensure requirements are communicated to the relevant teams.
• Monitor orders from order confirmation through cutting, dispatch, and final delivery.
• Coordinate with the Sales team regarding stock shortages, operational constraints, or potential delivery delays.
• Liaise with Inventory, Dispatch, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to orders, stock, and material movement.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Assist in improving operational efficiency, stock utilization, and order fulfillment processes.

Education & Qualifications

• DAE or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of order coordination, inventory management, and operational planning.
• Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory/order management systems will be preferred.
