Now Hiring – Vendor Onboarding Specialist

Location: Karachi-Onsite
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Vendor Sourcing Specialist for our U.S.-based residential renovation projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding qualified vendors and subcontractors across multiple residential renovation trades,

while maintaining smooth communication with the project management team in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively cold call and recruit vendors for residential renovation and remodeling projects (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, painting, carpentry, etc.)
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and subcontractors for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Coordinate project requirements and vendor availability with U.S.-based project managers
• Ensure smooth and timely communication between vendors and internal teams
• Maintain accurate vendor databases, trackers, and on-boarding status reports

Requirements:

• Excellent English (spoken and written) is a must
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Confident in making outbound calls to vendors based in the U.S.
• Prior experience working with a U.S.-based campaign, client, or FM/construction company
• Previous experience in vendor management, construction coordination, sourcing, or procurement preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, or FM platforms (e.g., Service Channel, Jobber) is a plus
