About the Role

Propstar Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Team Manager to lead and optimize team performance across operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring consistent achievement of targets, and maintaining high standards of performance, accountability, and discipline.

This role requires strong leadership capability, operational oversight, and the ability to manage people, processes, and performance in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.


 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily team operations to ensure achievement of KPIs and business targets

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality benchmarks

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and capabilities

• Conduct structured performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback

• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational standards

• Identify operational gaps and implement effective, data-driven solutions

• Maintain accurate performance reports, dashboards, and analytics

• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams for alignment

• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and overall team output

• Foster a disciplined, motivated, and high-performance team culture


 

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management, operations management, or a similar leadership role

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs, targets, and performance metrics

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead diverse teams effectively


 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, operations, or call center environments

• Familiarity with performance tracking systems and reporting tools

• Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven organizations
