Call Center Team Lead Required

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal Block 3, Karachi (On-Site)

Timings: 4 pm - 1 am, Monday - Saturday

This is a full time, on site role.

We are hiring an experienced Call Center Team Lead to manage agents for a UAE real estate campaign.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year team lead experience in a call center

-Strong sales, coaching, and team management skills

-Experience in real estate campaigns preferred

-Good English communication required

Role Overview:

-Manage daily team performance and targets

-Train, motivate, and monitor agents

-Ensure quality leads and conversions

-Report team progress to management
