Country Manager

Job Description

VisaGo Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Manager to lead and oversee all operations within the country. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. This role requires expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) to effectively drive process improvements and align operational strategies with company goals. The Country Manager will serve as the primary decision-maker on behalf of VisaGo Pakistan, ensuring sustainable growth and market presence. Managing a team of 10 professionals, the role demands strong leadership skills to motivate, guide, and develop staff towards achieving organizational objectives. This position demands a high level of responsibility, including strategic planning, business development, and operational management. The Country Manager reports directly to senior leadership and assumes the role of a General Manager or equivalent, contributing to the overarching success of VisaGo Pakistan. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced business environment, demonstrating excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
 

As the Country Manager for Pakistan, you will be responsible for building and managing our local operations from the ground up. This is a senior-level, strategic role combining business development, recruitment, marketing, and operational management.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish and grow VisaGo’s presence in the Pakistani market by creating a strong local network, attracting candidates for international employment opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will act as the key representative of VisaGo in Pakistan and will be responsible for both strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations.
