Position Overview:

We are seeking an Amazon Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our Amazon storefront. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate listings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring seamless collaboration with our external agency to drive performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the Amazon storefront, ensuring all listings are accurate, optimized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain and optimize SKU listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend attributes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to execute merchandising strategies.
• Oversee inventory levels and support logistics coordination to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Monitor listing health, compliance, and performance metrics, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the agency on campaign execution, content updates, and ongoing optimizations.
• Ensure timely implementation of product launches, updates, and promotional changes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central operations.
• Strong understanding of listing optimization and Amazon SEO best practices.
• Experience coordinating logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with agencies or external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of Amazon advertising and performance metrics.
