Social Media Marketing Executive

Techversol is a growing technology company specializing in game development, web and mobile applications, 3D visualization, metaverse solutions, and digital innovation. We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital marketing efforts and help strengthen our online presence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate quality leads.
• Manage the company's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns.
• Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
• Maintain the company website by coordinating content updates and marketing initiatives.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
• Support branding, product launches, lead generation campaigns, email marketing, and other marketing initiatives as required.
• Take ownership of the company's overall digital marketing activities and recommend strategies that contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing within a software house, IT company, or technology industry.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content planning, and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives independently.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, or email marketing is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
