Employment Type: Full-time, (On-Site) (Males Only)

Timing: Night Shift (9 PM to 6 AM)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive with at least 2 years of experience managing multiple social media brands. The ideal candidate should possess a strong marketing mindset, understand audience behavior, and create engaging content that strengthens brand presence and attracts the right target audience.

The role requires managing end-to-end social media operations, including content planning, graphics coordination, publishing, reporting, and community management. Candidates should also be proficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline content creation while maintaining quality, creativity, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and manage Content Calendars (CC) and Graphic Calendars (GC).

* Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.

* Create and optimize new social media accounts.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing social media accounts.

* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives.

* Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on insights.

* Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

* Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other major social platforms.

* Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.

* Proficiency in Canva for creating engaging social media graphics.

* Experience using AI-powered tools to create realistic short-form videos and reels.

* Ability to write engaging captions and create content that drives audience engagement.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars.

* Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with social media analytics and reporting.

* Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.

* Understanding of current social media trends, reels, and short-form video content.

* Knowledge of content performance analysis and optimization.

* Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment is an advantage.
