We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Social Media Executive to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content across multiple social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands platform algorithms, stays ahead of digital trends, and enjoys creating engaging visual and video content that drives audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Plan, create, and publish engaging platform-specific content.
Design graphics, reels, short-form videos, and other marketing creatives.
Monitor industry trends and create timely, relevant content.
Implement Meta best practices to improve organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Manage and engage communities on Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
Develop and maintain content calendars.
Track performance metrics and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media platforms.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid Meta advertising campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Strong working knowledge of Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
Excellent understanding of Meta algorithms and organic growth strategies.
Hands-on experience with Canva and CapCut (mandatory).
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
A portfolio demonstrating social media management, content creation, or digital marketing work (required).
Preferred Qualifications

The following will be considered an advantage:

Experience working with a PR agency, marketing agency, or in-house marketing team.
Experience creating or managing religious content.
Experience with influencer marketing or creator collaborations.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience as a content creator, digital creator, or social media influencer.
Content creators, influencers, and digital creators with strong portfolios are highly encouraged to apply.

A degree is not required.

Preferred Candidates: Residents of Gulshan-e-Iqbal or nearby areas.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift: Permanent Night Shift

Work Mode: On-Site
