Social Media Executive

Job Description

SAMA ENGINEERING is looking for a creative, energetic, and highly skilled Social Media Executive to manage the company's complete digital presence. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling content creation, video production, graphic designing, social media management, and paid advertising independently.

This is an all-rounder role for someone who can plan, create, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the complete social media strategy
• Shoot professional videos and capture product, factory, and corporate content
• Edit videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Design creative posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials
• Create reels, shorts, promotional videos, and product showcases
• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.)
• Write engaging captions and schedule daily content
• Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube advertising campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports
• Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns
• Cover company events, exhibitions, client visits, and product launches
• Coordinate with Sales, HR, and Management for marketing requirements
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement creative ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and CapCut
• Experience with professional video shooting and editing
• Hands-on experience running Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Good understanding of branding, content marketing, and SEO
• Excellent creativity, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sector
• Photography, drone videography, and motion graphics experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of AI content creation tools will be a plus
