We are currently looking for a creative, skilled, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team.

About the Role

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing social media content across various digital platforms. You should have a strong understanding of social media trends preferably religious content , audience engagement, and platform algorithms, along with the ability to create compelling visual and video content.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys content creation, community engagement, and growing social media presence through strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Develop and publish engaging content tailored to each platform.
Create graphics, posts, reels, short-form videos, and marketing creatives.
Monitor trends and create timely, relevant content.
Apply Meta platform algorithms and best practices to improve organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Manage and participate in communities on Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
Plan and maintain content calendars.
Monitor analytics and recommend improvements based on performance.
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all assigned social media channels.
Knowledge of paid meta advertisements is also required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Strong working knowledge of Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
Excellent understanding of Meta algorithms and organic social media growth strategies.
Hands-on expertise with Canva and CapCut (Mandatory).
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A strong portfolio showcasing social media management, content creation, or digital marketing work (Required).
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following will have an added advantage:

Experience working with a PR agency, PR team, or marketing agency (preferred).
Experience managing or creating religious content. (preferred)
Experience with influencer collaborations or creator campaigns. (preferred)
Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator. (preferred)
Existing experience as a content creator, digital creator, or social media influencer.(preferred)
Influencers, content creators, and digital creators with a strong portfolio are highly encouraged to apply.

A degree is not required.

Preferred Location: Candidates residing in or near Gulshan-e-Iqbal are preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift: Permanent Night Shift

Work Mode: On-Site
