Techilvy Recruitment is hiring on behalf of one of its clients for the position of Social Media Strategist.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves social media—not just posting content, but understanding what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and share.

About the Role

As a Social Media Strategist, you'll play a key role in growing the brand's online presence across multiple social platforms. You'll work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, plan campaigns, and execute content strategies that increase engagement and build communities.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys thinking creatively, stays updated with digital trends, and understands how different platforms work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies across multiple platforms.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Plan and manage content calendars.
• Monitor platform trends, viral content, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and production teams to create engaging content.
• Write compelling captions and ensure content aligns with the brand's voice.
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on performance.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions when required.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve content performance.
• Continuously experiment with new content formats and platform features.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other major social platforms.
• Strong creative thinking and idea-generation skills.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ability to identify trends and translate them into engaging content.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content strategy, or a related role.
