Job Summary

Karsaaz EBS is hiring a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Graphic Designer & Content Creator to design professional digital content for technology products, SaaS platforms, corporate communication, and marketing campaigns.

This role is primarily focused on graphic design for social media. The selected candidate will create static posts, carousels, campaign visuals, thumbnails, promotional graphics, and other platform-specific content while maintaining clear and consistent brand standards.

The role also includes supporting content ideation across social media platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Graphic Design

Design professional static posts, carousels, infographics, promotional graphics, announcements, and campaign creatives.
Create platform-specific visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and websites.
Design clean and engaging LinkedIn and Instagram carousels with strong visual flow.
Create thumbnails, cover graphics, story designs, reel covers, banners, and profile assets.
Adapt approved designs into different sizes, formats, and aspect ratios for multiple platforms.
Develop visual concepts based on content briefs, campaign objectives, and brand requirements.
Use typography, spacing, composition, imagery, and visual hierarchy effectively.
Source and edit suitable stock images, mockups, icons, illustrations, and visual assets.
Perform image retouching, background removal, color correction, and basic photo manipulation.
Create reusable templates for recurring social media content.
Maintain consistency across colors, fonts, layouts, icon styles, imagery, and design systems.
Ensure designs remain professional, readable, accurate, and appropriate for global audiences.
Prepare final files in the correct dimensions, resolution, and format for digital publishing.
Content Creation and Social Media Support

Assist in developing content ideas for social media posts, campaigns, carousels, and recurring content series.
Write clear and professional captions for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Research relevant hashtags, keywords, topics, and content trends.
Conduct basic competitor, market, and industry research to support content development.
Convert technical or product information into simple and visually understandable content.
Support the preparation and maintenance of monthly content calendars.
Upload, schedule, and publish approved content through Meta Business Suite and other publishing tools.
Review posts before publishing to ensure the design, caption, links, hashtags, and formatting are correct.
Coordinate with marketing, content, branding, and video-production teams.
Organize design files, source assets, editable files, exports, and content versions.
Implement feedback accurately and complete revisions within agreed timelines.
Use AI tools responsibly for research, ideation, copy support, image exploration, and workflow improvement.
Stay informed about relevant social media formats, design trends, and AI-assisted creative tools.
Required Skills and Experience

6 months to 1.5 years of practical experience in social media graphic design, digital design, or content creation.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Good working knowledge of Canva.
A portfolio demonstrating social media posts, carousels, campaign creatives, and digital graphics.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, alignment, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create clean and professional designs rather than relying entirely on pre-made templates.
Understanding of social media dimensions, aspect ratios, and content formats.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube content requirements.
Ability to write clear, grammatically correct, and professional English captions.
Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
Ability to understand briefs, references, and feedback.
Ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills

Experience designing content for technology, AI, SaaS, corporate, or product-based brands.
Experience creating multi-slide LinkedIn and Instagram carousels.
Basic video editing knowledge using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or a similar tool.
Ability to create simple reel covers, animated posts, GIFs, or lightweight motion content.
Basic understanding of content writing, copywriting, and hashtag research.
Familiarity with Figma is an advantage.
Experience with mockups, product presentations, or UI-based promotional graphics.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar creative platforms.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign objectives.
