International Customer Sales Representatives (CSR)

We’re looking for motivated International Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. If you’re confident on the phone, love closing deals, and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads for vehicle shipping services
• Provide accurate auto transport quotes and explain our services clearly
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and SMS to close deals
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets & KPIs
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and trust-building customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• (0-5) years of experience in sales or call center (auto transport, logistics, insurance, or similar campaign is a plus)
• Strong spoken English and clear, confident communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day
• Target-driven, competitive, and motivated by commissions
• Basic computer and typing skills; able to work with dialing systems
• Positive attitude, coach ability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work on-site (in-house) during scheduled shifts

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: Day off
