Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding new projects, writing winning proposals, and handling client communication on Upwork.

Responsibilities:

• Search relevant projects.
• Write winning proposals.
• Communicate with prospective clients.
• Understand requirements and prepare estimates.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Upwork bidding experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience selling Shopify, WordPress, Web Development, UI/UX, SEO, or Digital Marketing services.
• Strong negotiation and client management skills.
